Warehouse Operations Manager
We are recruiting for a Permanent Warehouse Operations manager.
Our already well established client is looking for an experienced manager A warehousing site based in the Alfreton, Derbyshire.
You will oversee a team of 30+ Warehouse/FLT Operatives, LGV Drivers and Administrative Staff.
As a Warehouse Operations Manager you will need:
- Relevant experience of managing a warehouse and distribution centre
- Good Communication, Flexibility and a Customer Service Orientation.
- Knowledge and understanding of WMS
- An understanding finances and be analytical
- Fully computer literate
- Previous experience of managing KPI performance
Details:
- Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 P.A. - depending on the level of experience and qualification
- Working Hours : 08:00 - 17:00
- Location: Alfreton - Derbyshire
- Duration: Ongoing
Role of a Warehouse Operations Manager:
- Manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and values
- Ensure efficient space utilisation
- Co-ordinate physical inventory's as required
- Manage all staff on site
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, environmental and quality management ensuring that Safe systems of work are in place and records maintained
- Carry out reasonable working requests for the Operations Director
