Head of Procurement - London £80,000-£100,000 + Fantastic Benefits

This global financial firm are seeking a Head of Procurement to come in and build up a greenfield site and take it to a best in class service. After buy in and support from board level you will be given all the tools to setup and create a procurement function that specialises in sourcing a wide range of goods, both direct and indirect.

The role will provide the opportunity to work with international suppliers in an exciting market with room for growth and expansion. As the company is growing on at an exponential rate the procurement team will need to advance in line with that and you will be responsible for overseeing that growth and the development of the team.

As procurement takes on a larger presence within the company you will have a direct line to the Managing Director as you develop the procurement team and grow the responsibility of the function. A real target area of growth is the African market and building up a reliable supplier base there in order to provide the clients with high quality delivery with maximum compliance.

Head of Procurement - Job Requirements

• Proven track record delivering immediate impact on cost savings
• Confidence to deal with a fast-paced dynamic environment that requires large amounts of flexibility and adaptability
• Experience sourcing within an international market (e.g. EMEA)
• MCIPS
• Good Language skills (French & Portuguese preferred but not essential)
