This retail major are seeking to add another Senior Indirect Buyer to their award winning procurement team. Building on the increased investment in their procurement division the successful individual will take charge on large projects whilst managing and developing one direct report. In this fast paced, dynamic work environment progression opportunities are vast and achievable inside 18 months.

Senior Indirect Buyer- Job Profile:

• Autonomy and control of large-scale procurement projects with industry leading firms
• Manage and develop the strategic relationships across a range of indirect procurement categories (Professional Services, HR, IT, Marketing, FM)
• Working with c-level procurement stakeholders both internally and externally
• Complete control of the full procurement cycle, cradle to grave to contribute in all areas of the procurement process

Senior Indirect Buyer - Requirements:

• Experienced in stake holder management to work with senior procurement executives
• Has a proven track record delivering cost savings and enhancement of the procurement service provided
• Has managed a range of indirect categories successfully
• Strong Degree (2:1 and above)
• CIPS (Preferred but not essential)
