Following a record year within the retail sector this industry leading firm are seeking an ambitious category manager to join their ranks. Managing an exciting category within an award-winning procurement team the role will see plenty of opportunity for growth and development. Working within the growing FM procurement sector the successful candidate will plan and develop both the long- and short-term strategy of the category.

Procurement Category Manager - Procurement Job Profile:

• Develop and build on relationships with suppliers to ensure that optimal results are achieved, including global key suppliers
• Working with important stakeholders to ensure business needs are met and that procurement remains an important part of the company's business model
• Responsibility for the short- and long-term category strategy to make sure the FM category is continuing to be a best in class function

Procurement Category Manager - Procurement Requirements:

• Experienced stake holder management skills to deal professionally with senior procurement executives
• Has experience working within indirects, specifically within the FM category
• Engagement with the complete procurement life cycle from sourcing to delivery
• Degree (2:1 and above)
• CIPS (Preferred but not essential)
