TEMP Customer Service Export/Logistics/Supply Chain

This role will appeal to highly customer focused candidates with a background in shipping, supply chain, export, hauliers etc.

This is a busy role and will involve;

• Organise cost effective customer deliveries
• Deal with suppliers and warehouses
• Liaise with planning regarding product availability
• Assist in negotiation of service provision
• Organise quotes from approved hauliers directly for Americas sales
• Manage and process despatch of orders
• Organise the safe transport of orders
• Book final dates for orders
• Maintain system dates and keep all orders accurate
• Manage customer expectations
• Collate, check and issue relevant documentation
• Ensure information is available to comply with statutory safety requirements and Customs and Excise
• Work to KPIs
• Complete shipments and invoicing
• Other supply chain duties as required

To be considered for this position we are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of Hazardous Goods a distinct advantage.
• A good knowledge of export - Europe and ROW is needed.
• You must be able to work well under pressure and manage your own workload accordingly.
• If you can speak Spanish - a distinct advantage!!!

Salary £23,000 - £23,500

Hours 8.30am-5.00pm
