Are you an experienced Operations Controller based in Glasgow or looking for the right role to relocate to the area? 

If so I am currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity in Glasgow for an Operations Controller.

The role is to be responsible for all branches and Logistics ensuring they perform to company standards. 

Main Responsibilities:

- Perform operational and financial analysis within branches and Logistics and present findings and recommendation to Directors

- Develop and implement operational and financial controls to achieve company objectives.

- Be part of the senior team and Provide guidance and direction for improving operational and financial performance.

- Assist in streamlining business processes at branch and Logistics level to achieve company goals

- Help provide and monitor financial modeling of annual budgets to achieve cost objectives in both branch and Logistics

- Work closely with internal teams as needed, to investigate and correct operational issues.

- Assist Branch Manager / Head of Logistics on preparation for operation monthly reviews.

- Support And Prepare internal reporting package including operating metrics, financial controls and performance indicators that will help in improving company performance of sales and profit.

- Ensure branch / Logistic operations are fully compliant with company policies and best practices

- Ensure we retain great store standards whilst remaining safe, secure and legal at all times.
