Our Client is a highly successful luxury design & furnishings business, with a strong global presence, sales of approximately £40 million and employing circa 150 people in the UK. With offices in and around Central London, they are currently looking to recruit an Export Sales Coordinator who has both Native standard French and Spanish with fluent English

Key responsibilities include;

• Provide customer service for export markets and act generally as the interface between the Distribution Centre and the customers worldwide
• Placing customer orders for product and sampling
• Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them
• Dealing with customer complaints
• Liaising with courier and freight companies
• Issuing credits and refunds
• Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the various countries you are responsible for
• Providing support to the Export Sales Teams and international agents/distributors
• Providing cover for other territories when necessary

Candidate profile;

• Trilingual - Native standard in both French and Spanish and also fluent in English
• Excellent administrative abilities
• Demonstrate a clear, methodical approach coupled with confident communication skills
• Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Committed to providing customer service of the highest quality
• Someone with excellent people skills and strong problem solving abilities
• Ability to calculate simple maths and work out percentages for invoices
• Previous experience in customer services or an administrative role is essential
