Are you a commercially astute, proactive and experienced HR Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a talented, face-paced HR Administration team?

Reed Human Resources are currently recruiting for a unique opportunity in the Carlisle area to shape a versatile workforce capable of providing a first-class, professional service to clients.

  • Leading the HR Administration team and ensuring high efficiency of work
  • Providing accurate and prompt advice and guidance on operational HR issues
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Team Leaders and Senior Management
  • Assisting in reviewing and creating of policies and procedures in line with best practice
  • Managing staff including conducting performance reviews, inductions and training as well as setting and monitoring KPIs
  • Assisting in reviewing and improving systems and administrative processes
  • Monitoring employee data, including sickness and absence figures and flexi-time

To be successful in your application, you must have strong experience of leading on HR Operations and of managing a large team. You will have outstanding IT skills, be analytical and business savvy, and will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
