Based in Warminster, this is an expanding Consumer Goods business who are looking for an experienced Ordering and Imports Administrator.
The aim of the role is to act as a liaison between the suppliers (wholesale and import) and the logistics and transport teams - ensuring accuracy of orders, costs and times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Entering, checking and compiling Product Data in Excel & Sage.
- Preparing, checking and entering Purchase Orders.
- Checking and amending product information from Sales Confirmations, Invoices and Packing Lists.
- Liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders for information and updates.
- Compiling and checking import costs.
- Preparation of documents and in the arranging of the imports of goods.
- Preparation of documentation for overseas FOB Orders.
- Additional ad hoc processing.
The Candidate
- Understanding of the supply chain and order workflow in a wholesale/import business.
- Highly logical, numerate, and accurate.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- A confident team player with good communication skills and able to work on own initiative.
- Experience in Sage 200 or similar.
- An excel user
