Based in Warminster, this is an expanding Consumer Goods business who are looking for an experienced Ordering and Imports Administrator.

The aim of the role is to act as a liaison between the suppliers (wholesale and import) and the logistics and transport teams - ensuring accuracy of orders, costs and times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Entering, checking and compiling Product Data in Excel & Sage.
  • Preparing, checking and entering Purchase Orders.
  • Checking and amending product information from Sales Confirmations, Invoices and Packing Lists.
  • Liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders for information and updates.
  • Compiling and checking import costs.
  • Preparation of documents and in the arranging of the imports of goods.
  • Preparation of documentation for overseas FOB Orders.
  • Additional ad hoc processing.

The Candidate

  • Understanding of the supply chain and order workflow in a wholesale/import business.
  • Highly logical, numerate, and accurate.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • A confident team player with good communication skills and able to work on own initiative.
  • Experience in Sage 200 or similar.
  • An excel user
