SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - LONDON - LEADING FINANCE FIRM - £50K + PACKAGE

A leading professional services provider is looking to increase their headcount within the procurement function through the introduction of a Supplier Relationship Manager. What will the role entail?

As part of the procurement team, you will work with procurement and the internal stakeholders to align business expectations and implement strategies to monitor supplier performance. You will lead negotiations and ensure performance is hit across all suppliers. Overseeing all category suppliers across Technology, Professional Services, FM, Marketing and Fleet, you will have excellent communication skills with the gravitas and emotional intelligence to change your style in order to achieve results. Coupled with this, you will be required to onboard new suppliers

What skills are required?

• Prior experience working in an SRM position with the ability to monitor Supplier KPIs and ensure delivery for the procurement function
• You will be required to work across all categories so the versatility and previous experience of doing so would be greatly advantageous
• You must have a professional yet engaging communication style in order to achieve results from both internal and external stakeholders
• You will ideally have worked in a financial services environment previously
