CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

£32,000 - £36,000

No weekends!

Duties:

Are you "up for your next challenge"? Do you want to be a Team Manager who has a passion for building something from scratch to the next level to be involved with this "breath of fresh air" proactive and energetic company to enable your team and the company to deliver, define and drive the strategy to help the company delight and retain their customers. The role will focus on ensuring the company become their customer's first choice partner for the lifetime of their business. Do you want to champion your customers by being their voice from within the organization, ensuring the customer is kept at the heart of everything. Are you able to get stuck in, have a smile on your face when rolling up your sleeves working with your team? Do you have at least 5 years Operations Management experience with 2 years experience in a Sales environment? You will need to have experience of building a road map for your teams to develop and deliver the company strategy at regular senior review meetings working with internal and external Stakeholders at all levels.
