An Office Manager role has become available on a permanent basis. You will be working for a successful financial sales support company. Your new role

As the Office manager you will be responsible for overseeing the document management of transactions through the whole process, being able to communicate with clients and suppliers. Imputing of data into the CRM system and updating current data to manage records. General office management duties will also need to be undertaken, ordering stationary, office maintenance, including organising any repairs and the health and safety requirements of the office.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in Office management or sales administration. To succeed you will need to have experience in document management and be able to use CRM comfortably. Must be proficient in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel. Confidence in dealing with a wide client base is important and being able to deal with issues when they arise.
