Nigel Wright Supply Chain & Procurement Division are working exclusively with a Service Provider recruiting a Senior Category Specialist.

The Role:



Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Managing procurement including re-tenders for key projects, categories and services
  • Developing sourcing strategy and reviewing/implementing spend consolidation projects
  • Contract negotiations
  • Supplier performance management

The Candidate:



The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Experience of strategic procurement within Indirect Goods and Services
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Real people person with excellent networking skills
  • Public sector experience although not essential
