The Head of Supply Chain Planning is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known beverage manufacturer for famous brands. The Head of Supply Chain planning will report to the Supply Chain Director, and will drive customer service excellence and achieve lowest cost of manufacture through effective leadership. The role is about managing and developing the planning team and continually optimising the supply chain planning function and maintaining effective supplier/customer relationships.

With the Head of Supply Chain Planning, Leadership is a large part of the role. The team will pro-actively work towards the delivery of customer service targets, budget targets, 3 year plans and promote a 'great place to work' culture.

Key tasks for the Head of Supply Chain Planning:

Achieve and maintain market leading ex-factory Customer Service levels

Working within the finished goods inventory policy to ensure stock holding is in line with working capital targets

Produce Master production schedule

Ensure the correct KPIs, training and procedures are in place for the efficient and effective running of the Supply Chain Planning team

Leading the planning stream of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and fully supporting the Head of S&OP in the creation of the monthly S&OP review
