Our leading Reading based client is looking to recruit a Supplier Relationship Manager to manage all aspects of the technology contracts for the EMEA region.
This client is growing rapidly, especially internationally. They provide services to commercial clients on a global scale and are now looking for someone to manage the end to end supplier management of the technology and IT services offering.
They have created an impressive best practice style procurement team, led by an exceptional Manager who creates a culture of high performance, enthusiasm and an enjoyable team dynamic.

Salary £40k- £50k Depending on experience

You will be managing all aspects of the Supplier Relationship, from sourcing, engaging, setting up contracts, monitoring, governance, ensuring they are competitive, ensuring performance, improving performance etc.
Many are specific in-country suppliers. However some are able to supply people internationally.
Key Duties:
Develop strong relationships with Key stakeholders
Source and engage key suppliers across the international region
Work with Supplier Contract Managers with supplier performance information to assist contract renewals and negotiations.
Manage all new suppliers onboarding
Manage International supplier scorecards
Hold regular International supplier reviews- no travel required
Document and follow up on corrective actions with Suppliers
Implement site visits to ensure compliance with Supplier KPIs
Deliver cost savings to the business through effective negotiation.
Suggest ideas for process improvements.
Monitor and assist with Supplier issues
Ideal skills Required:
Solid supplier relationship experience
International supplier experience
Track record delivering cost reductions but maintaining service level
Experience within IT services
Strong influencing skills
