Location: Ely, CB6
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Hours: Full time, Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm

To be suitable for this position you will have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment within a similar role. You will have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet all tight deadlines.
Duties:- Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries regarding deliveries
- Booking deliveries with customers
- Completing documents for inbound and outbound shipments
- Arranging shipments with freight and freight forwarding companies
- Providing quotations and proof of delivery as requested by the sales team
- Approving invoices
- Creating picking lists for the warehouse team in line with customer delivery requirements
- Logging all deliveries and shipments onto the system
- Maintaining and updating the in-house system with customer information
- Excellent administration skills and ideally within a similar role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- IT literate - Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
