Distinguished City Law Firm - Circa £80,000 - 30 days Holiday.

IT Service Operations Manager, with exceptional people management skills, sought to join a prestigious, City of London law firm (legal sector experience not required) based near Bank. You will manage an ITIL aligned support function of 25 people working across: Service Desk, Deskside, VIP Support, and IT Training. 30 days holiday. Comprehensive benefits. Supporting 2,000 users.

You will be a motivated, exceptional and proven people manager, with gravitas and an infectious passion for service excellence.

Working for a highly respected, distinguished City law firm, you will be responsible for IT Service Operations excellence, making your mark as you motivate and turnaround teams of Service Desk and Deskside Support Analysts. In addition to proven people management skills you will manage budgets of £1-2M.

Early wins will be to raise employee satisfaction and ITIL ITSM KPIs. Objectives for the next 24 months include Service Desk Institute and ISO 20,000 excellence accreditations.

Salary is circa £80,000 plus 30 days holiday and a comprehensive benefits package (gym membership, Bupa, dental etc.).
