The Council’s Commercial and Procurement service helps to deliver value for money from its spend with third parties. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be expected to lead on a range of procurement projects which will involve stakeholder engagement, analysis, planning and delivery to meet Council objectives in the most commercially effective manner. Candidates must be competent in the full end to end public procurement journey for route 2 and route 3 projects.
