Global leader in the outsourcing and consultancy space seeks ambitious Software Sourcing Manager to join their revered Procurement team. Opportunities to join such an iconic brand don't arise too often, with opportunities to swiftly progress towards senior management within 18 months

Procurement duties;-

• Interfacing with a wide variety of this major's exclusive FTSE 100 clients, negotiating and putting in place new software contacts as required
• Strategically Sourcing across the globe, providing both the processes and frameworks that underpin the business
• Hitting and exceeding challenging targets whenever possible and achieving best contractual terms on new Procurement project activities

Skills required / necessary Procurement background;-

• Extensive Strategic Sourcing track record across all areas of Software spend, within a Global Blue-Chip organisation's Procurement function
• The ability to deliver cost savings is paramount, but also to challenge the status quo in the way in which products, services and support is bought and delivered to clients
• As the role will involve liaison with Senior Executive Stakeholders, vendors and clients, strong interpersonal and Stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to take ownerships and lead on a variety of Procurement projects
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
