Business Analyst, HR Change, ServiceNow, Procurement, P2P, Agile Delivery, Change Management, BPMN, Visio, Process Modelling, Banking, Financial Services.
A global Bank are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in London. The role requires excellent Business Analysis experience in an Agile Banking environment and demonstrable knowledge of working within either a HR or Procurement function.
£60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent Business Analysis skills, demonstrated in a global banking environment
- Proven delivery experience in an HR or Procurement function
- Excellent Agile delivery skills and an ability to help transform a function, towards agile methodologies.
- Great Change Management skills and experience mapping and modelling processes
- Knowledge of BPMN or Visio.
- Prior experience of implementation of HR self-service portal, implementation of procurement systems such as contract management, P2P, etc
- Professional Agile Business Analysis qualification an advantage
- Relevant experience in conducting Agile business analysis
- Experience formulating business cases/ROI
- Sound knowledge of the entire IT project delivery life cycle and development processes
- Worked on change backlog prioritisation with business stakeholders
- Understanding of banking processes a distinct advantage
- Proven track record of delivering innovative IT initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
