Supply Chain Advisory, Deputy Practice Lead: Transformation - £80-105k + package

Following 4 years of sustained growth, this award-winning, boutique management consultancy seeks a senior supply chain/procurement professional with prior management consultancy experience to join a brand-new London based practice as a number two. Working directly with one of the partners, you will be responsible for devising strategy across this new practice and stimulating growth, building your team and working at CXO level across a predominantly FTSE250 client base.

You will possess an enviable background across supply chain or procurement, with experience leading transformation projects across Aerospace & Defence, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive or a related sector. You will have a passion for innovative methodologies and procurement technology (AI, Blockchain etc) and a desire to move into a senior leadership position with a progression path to directorship. To thrive in the role, you will be resourceful, collaborative and naturally entrepreneurial, passionate about building a practice of your own.

Essential attributes & skills required for the role:

• Strong academic background, with a 2.1 degree strongly preferred
• Extensive supply chain/procurement & management consulting experience, from a Big6 or boutique supply chain consultancy
• Impressive leadership experience and an influencer at senior levels.
• A passion for Greenfield projects & a desire to build your own team.
