Business Analyst - Financial Services

Business Analyst required to work with a leading Financial Services institution to lead at Board level.

You will be responsible for;

Management reporting - provide, create and distribute management info and sales analysis. Reporting of new business and weekly/monthly sales results to Group and/or to management. Support Distribution/Sales teams in provision of management information

Board and ExCo reporting - To support the Chief Distribution Officer with sales data and commentary for Board and ExCo reporting. To support other Sales, Marketing and Proposition team heads within Distribution with data and charts for their monthly/quarterly board and committee reporting

Distribution Quarterly Report - Responsible for writing and completion of the Distribution Quarterly Report (including market metrics and product strategy and customer voice). Respond to Sales and Distribuiton queries on sales, flows and revenues for all products and client segments.

Authorised fund company Board reports - Write and submit quarterly board reports (Distribution Report and Customer Report) for each fund company based on timing of scheduled Board meetings.

Fishtank data and analysis - To support wider business with relevant and accurate data on sales and client holdings (e.g. breakdown of sales/AUM by sector, channel, asset class). Respond to the Annual Investment Association survey of clients and assets. Ensure that the RFP team and Sales teams receive accurate and appropriate data from Fishtank. In addition, ensure that third party insight and data providers (e.g. Financial Clarity) receive data on time and create output for use by the business.
