Cleaning Contract Manager - Spanish/English speaker - Office and Site Based

English/Spanish speaking Contract Manager with previous experience of looking after commercial cleaning contracts required for expanding central London cleaning/maintenance company. They are looking for someone with experience of dealing with clients and staff on-site who can help run contracts to high levels of client satisfaction and deal with staff management, rotas, supervision etc. and who is also happy liaising with clients on a face to face basis. This role is split between being on site and being in the office where you will be liaising with staff and clients by phone and in person speaking English and Spanish. You must have good communication skills and speak and write English to a high standard. This is a weekday only job (except in emergencies) Monday to Friday. Based London West End, no personal transport required as all contracts are in Central London.
