People Operations Manager / People Manager / HR Officer / HR Manager - East London

We are currently recruiting for a People Operations Manger to join a leading hospitality and catering business at one of their sites located in London.

The role will include; Recruitment & Attraction - including all aspects of recruitment, selection and agency management. Finance & Compliance - including payroll management and finance management. Engagement - including communication and welfare, employee engagement and training for event staff. Operations - including labour and event planning and event day operations

You will ideally have previous experience providing staffing solutions. including knowledge in the following areas.; Casual staff in a catering or hospitality environment. Dealt with large volume recruitment of casual, hospitality staff. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of excel. Previous experience managing a budget.
