£22,000 - £25,000 (Nagotiable depending on level of experience)

I’m recruiting for a well-established business who have been trading for almost 25 years and has over the years become a strong strategic shipping and transport partner for many for the top Global construction companies.

I’m looking to recruit an individual who can see the entire Sea Freight process through from start to finish preferably with Imports/Exports experinece with the US or China Trade, from the initial booking to processing invoices whilst ensure the brand/company is represented in a professional and prompt manner. 

Applicants will be required to have experience within Imports or Exports within Sea freight. 

Duties and Responsibilities;

• Trouble shooting and finding a solutions
• Produce rates and process bookings on to computer system
• Update custom entries
• Ensure strong communications with clients
• Utilise system for custom clearance
• Take ownership of your allocated client base
• Customer entries and invoices
• Liaise with Shipping lines
• Produce documentation required
• Deal with any client queries
