Head of Supply Chain

As Head of Supply Chain, you will drive and improve the planning and distribution departments to ensure customer requirements are met by manufacturing. You will have full management responsibility for the customer services and stores departments, develop policies, procedures and processes for the Supply Chain department and ensure that they are implemented, coordinate workload and set objectives for your direct reports. You will also deal with recruitment for your department, agree personal development plans and assess performance for existing staff.

In order to carry out this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience of working at a senior level within Supply Chain or Logistics at a senior level across multiple sites
• Excellent management experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Flexibility - there may be some occasional global travel
• The ability to work with and lead a strong team
• Experience within the manufacturing industry - ideally aerospace or regulated

In return, you will receive a salary of between £60,000 to £70,000 dependent upon experience, plus benefits.
