Operations director - home based/onsite (various locations)

Our client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Onsite Operations Director to join a highly valued and recognised agency.

Due to phenomenal growth of £40M on the sales line, year on year, they are looking for a Operations Director to manage 2 national Account Managers, covering 14 onsite operations predominately the food and general industrial market.

You will be leading and delivering to the team to develop the brand and be a part of their continuous growth. You will be self-motivated and highly capable of team mentoring to achieve the best results.

On offer is £70k - 80k basic salary alongside car or car allowance.

This will be home based however will involve commuting to various onsite operations.

Key elements of the role

  • Devising and implementing strategies to ensure 98% contractually order fulfilment
  • Devising implementing and measuring the success of temp productivity onsite
  • Championing continuous contract development i.e. improvements
  • Managing and motivating a successful team of onsite professionals
  • Exploring opportunities for the sales director to generate new business

Please note: all applications must have demonstrable experience of running multi-site operations across a number of counties in the UK. As part of the process you will have to demonstrate year on year growth on the multiple accounts you have ran. In addition to this you must have previous experience of managing over 16 heads - this role is for experienced operations director not someone who is looking for promotion.
