My client, a leading global freight forwarder and logistics provider, is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to head up the Pharma/Health/Lifestyle/Beauty vertical.
Role: Key Account Manager/KAM/BDM - contract logistics/UK distribution/European road freight
Location: flexible
Salary: up to £50k with opportunity to earn bonus of up to 50% of salary, company car, excellent benefits
Industry: Contract Logistics/3pl/Pharma/Health/Lifestyle/Beauty/UK Distribution/European Road Freight
Responsibilities:
The postholder will be responsible for managing nominated accounts within the designated vertical, as well as generating new business. The split between new business and account management will be 80/20.
Skills and Experience:
Proven sales track record within the contract logistics/3pl/UK distribution/freight forwarding sector essential
Experience within the pharma/healthcare/Lifestyle/Beauty vertical essential
Dynamic, target driven and highly motivated
Excellent communication and relationship development skills
Well presented
Ability to present at board level
Good team player
