Procurement Category Manager - Network & Telco

Procurement Category Manager required to manage the global networks, telecoms and infrastructure spend for a global financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf, London. This FTSE100 organisation is large and complex in nature with multiple senior stakeholders across many regions and requires a Procurement professional, with experience of working with multiple projects of scale.

As Procurement Category Manager for Networks, Telco and Infrastructure, you will be writing global category strategies and plans, which will deliver savings and add value to the organisation.

You will interact with senior stakeholders in the Canary Wharf office as well as regional heads located around the world, aligning them to the business's objectives, whilst managing stakeholders both internal and external through transformation and change.

To be suitable for this position, you will have:

A demonstrable track record of delivering multi-million-pound savings from a category strategy you have written and executed.

Degree qualified, CIPS or MCIPS.

Experience of working within the IT categories, focusing on networks, telecoms or infrastructure.

Examples of interacting and dealing with multiple senior stakeholders and the ability to influence.

Financial services experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
