Junior Procurement Consultant - Consulting - £30k - £40k + Bonus - Oxfordshire

This specialist procurement consultancy has been expanding year on year for more than 25 years and is looking for outstanding individuals to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to grow in line with the company, with the potential to progress into a senior role within 6-12 months. The successful applicant should have a passion for procurement and a can do, hands-on attitude. This is a unique opportunity to grow into an autonomous role with a focus to deliver outstanding results with an innovative approach to procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and delivering on multiple procurement projects to deliver client benefits while meeting tight deadlines
• Conducting innovative procurement strategies that yield results
• Managing key clients and stakeholders alike, with an emphasis on communication and negotiation skills
• Presenting and supporting other procurement team members to share technical and market knowledge
• Data gathering and analysis to be fed-back to the respective clients

• A strong desire to develop market and procurement knowledge with a demonstration of passion, energy and results
• Collaborative and innovative procurement mindset that gels well with clients and the team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a requirement to work independently and closely with stakeholders, management and clients
• A hands-on approach with the ability to build strong relationship at all levels, that produce results
