Hickory’s Smokehouse is inspired by the Southern States, the open-hearted service, the atmosphere, soul & incredible flavours of BBQ. Our first Hickory’s opened in Chester in 2010, we now have 14 restaurants across the North West, Midlands, North Wales & Yorkshire.

Everything we do at Hickory’s is fuelled by our desire to deliver the best, most authentic guest experience & to do that we have an amazing team of great people.
