Heads Resourcing Group is planning to grow its headcount by 30% having relocated to Hedge End.

Heads Resourcing Group, which comprises of Procurement Heads, HR Heads and Executive Heads, is expecting to double its team following the move after 18 months of continued success.

The company, which was founded in 2008, will continue to retain its office presence in Winchester.

Rupert Gaster, Founder and Managing Director of Heads Resourcing Group, said, “The new office at Burlington House in Hedge End is a great space for the team to collaborate and grow together.

“After years of working from home and in shared office space, we felt the time was right to invest in a new spiritual home that will enable us to achieve our ambitious growth plan.

“We will always continue to operate a flexible working policy, but we have created a space that the team want to come to, and the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive.”

Over the next six months, the company, which specialises in recruiting procurement, HR and executive professionals in the consumer, financial and professional services, industrial, pharmaceutical and life sciences and public sectors plans to hire 14 recruiters.

Rupert added, “We have hugely ambitious growth plans over the next five years, and in order for us to achieve our purpose of delivering recruitment as a professional service, we need to grow our team of recruitment associates, recruiters and heads of practice.
