When Forrest Mars arrived in the UK to set up business back in 1932, he used a model based on a “mutuality of benefits” for all. It worked so well that we haven’t changed the way we do things to this day. You’ll advocate this principle as you work between our head office in Slough and Sainsburys’ in London, using it to mould fantastic relationships across the supply chain and continually improve the account’s performance.

The best part is that our careers are based on mutual benefits too. So if you’re looking for a move where your ambition will lead to greater knowledge, greater perspective and greater opportunities - this is most definitely for you. To do all this, you’ll need:

•	a track-record working in sales, supply chain, or for a Top 4 grocery retailer
•	the confidence to work onsite with our customer three days a week
•	a customer focus and a passion for achieving results.
