Operations Delivery Manager

With an ever-expanding number of clients coming on board, we are looking for an Operations Delivery Manager to join our team!

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a highly successful and well recognised company specialising in training and education for professional qualifications in a range of expert fields. What will you be doing?

  • Managing activity of designated accounts
  • Responsible for liaising with trainers
  • Preparing analysis of results
  • Coordinating feedback to clients
  • Continuously improve the service provided to clients
  • Manage a client services team
  • Ensuring all programmes are running smoothly
  • Working directly with tutors and programme managers
  • Advising internal stakeholders on benefits of the programmes

About you?

  • Ability to manage complex client accounts
  • Management experience
  • Experience of managing SLAs and KPIs
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Planning skills
  • Negotiating skills
  • Managing client and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to analyse data and communicate key information
