Technical Operations Manager
We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Operations Manager to join an award-winning global organisation who work with some of the world's greatest and largest brands.
You will have a wide-ranging Ops toolkit at your disposal, which, together with your experience, allow you to shape a programme/project to achieve optimum delivery against all success measures. You will work closely with some amazing clients in planning and managing operational projects within the digital arm of one of their biggest clients. You will be working on high profile digital transformation projects that will form the backbone of .com e-commerce infrastructure into 2019 and beyond.

Job responsibilities
- Taking ownership and accountability for high profile .com and digital client
- Maintain and build the relationship with a view for continual service improvements
- Report on activities such as deliverables, projects, service road-map, support requests
- Support the European markets with process or technical queries
- Drive the BAU standard way of working with the EU market leads, utilising JIRA for updates and new requests
- Document and maintain the knowledge-base in Confluence
- You may be required to travel within Europe and occasionally to Asia
- Lead one or a team of project managers to support the delivery of the projects.
- Assist the central team managers and clients by providing service status and advice
Desired Experience
- Exposure to a pan-European/global digital marketing environment
- Experience of managing Content Management Systems (AEM experience a big advantage)
- Working knowledge of building new page templates within CMS systems using CSS, HTML and JavaScript
- Ability to create functional documentation, digital workflow and development practices
- Good understanding, and experience preferable, of data/web technologies/infrastructure
