Supporting the MD in the running of the business and directly managing a multi-sector recruitment team of 5, driving team performance to hit targets through the setting and managing of KPIs and business development across the sectors.
Responsibilities
- Coaching and developing team members
- Managing the team to ensure all vacancies are filled in a timely manner
- Business development - Bringing on new clients from cold to expand the client base
- Supporting and Developing team members
- Managing the team to ensuring KPIs are achieved
- Keeping team costs to a minimum and maximising profits
- Carrying out all clients reviews
- Coaching and motivating team members
- Exploring areas to maximise profits
- Develop the sales culture and create more structure, Call times, spec ins etc
- Ensuring team are using the database and marketing tools to the best potential
- Carrying out daily and weekly team meetings
- Performance managing the team through KPIs and setting objectives
- Completing proposals and tenders
- Deliver presentations for new business
- Help mobilise new contracts
- Monitor client service levels
- Delivering training to in-house staff
