Purchasing Executive (Aviation)

Your new role:

• Arranging client meetings
• Produce reports to help to monitor KPI's
• Co-ordinate with internal department to ensure PO compliance
• Monitor improvement measures with non-performing suppliers
• Purchase inventory for stock and specific customer requirements
• Evaluate and recommend suppliers to quality and industry approved standards
• Understand Export Control regulations where relevant
• Convert with suppliers to obtain best prices in the market
• Issue purchase orders
• Expedite open orders to achieve delivery requirements
• Develop and maintain excellent supplier relationships

Your experience:

• Knowledge of aircraft components
• Ensuring all stock levels are kept up to date
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fast learner
• Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic
• Calm under pressure
