Pursuit Resources are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator for our client, a global, multi-billion pound, industry-leading company, who are growing rapidly! Joining a progressive, rewarding and social company, our client is looking for a highly organised, efficient administrator to join their team. This core role requires someone very well organised, self-motivated, disciplined and professional, with exceptional attention to detail, co-ordination and relationship building skills. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this person must also develop new processes, streamline current ways of working and constantly strive to provide the best possible service for the relevant customers within the team.
Duties will include:
- Sales administration
- Liaising with suppliers
- Customer Service via telephone and email
- Booking deliveries
- Stock and sales reporting
- Forecasting
- New product reporting
- Stock management
- Process development
Our client is looking for:
- Advanced MS Office (a confident and advanced knowledge of Excel is essential)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated
- Administration experience; providing sales support
- Well presented, you must ensure that Vendors/Internal personnel are treated professionally
- You may be required to attend supplier presentations/meetings to maximise your product knowledge.
- You will be required to work alongside the buying team to ensure that minimum stock levels are maintained and bundles created and managed to sell through slow selling lines
