Our client is a well established industrial equipment supplier with this office based in Milton Keynes.

They are looking for a supply chain administrator on part time hours with good flexibility on the days and hours.

The role consists of

-Providing administrative support to the supply chain department, including purchase orders invoice matching, delivery notes and invoices are recorded, signed for and passed through to the finance team. Support the warehouse team in creating new documentations.

-Protean system administration, update the system with Master data requirements change i.e Intrastat and commodity code change. Support order management in producing KPI reports for Munich. Run management information reports including stock usage and engineers utilisation.

-Update the quality team of the status for all IMS documentation and risk assessments schedules.

-Facility manager administrative support, monitor energy consumption's, ensure consumables for the building are ordered and projects are tracked and diarised giving updates to stake holders. Order of stationary for the office.

You must have

-Microsoft office experience, SAGE 200 experience and good time management.
