Our client is a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor & Maintenance provider working nationally with a Bluechip client base across Retail, Education, Healthcare, Commercial & supporting first tier main contractors. They wish to appoint a Operations Director for the North of the UK.

The Role

  • Reporting into the Chief Executive you will hold full regional responsibility for the business growing hard F.M & at risk contracting revenues whilst improving EBITDA.
  • Contractually & commercially astute you will act in a role leading Business Development, Commercial, Contracts & Finance.

The Person

  • Engineering degree qualified, you will have expertise in both at risk contracting & hard services across multiple market sectors being able to demonstrate profitable delivering & growth.
  • You will be keen to join a national business who rewards the delivery of set goals.
