Supplier Relationship Manager

Becoming a Supplier Relationships Manager with Knowledgepool:

Salary: £40k

Location: Reading or Birmingham

The key focus of the role is to develop and maintain selected supplier(s) internal and

external relationships.

To promote and grow business levels, relationships and supplier income opportunities

and mitigate risks/drive opportunities.

What you will do:

• Responsible for the management and ownership of many 'Approved' and 'Preferred' supplier relationships across our business.
• Managing the daily requirements of the business from a Supplier Management perspective including but not limited to Learning Management, Learning Consultancy and Learning Delivery.
• Providing consistent delivery to internal and external clients/suppliers, for distribution, content, supplier income, including project related activity to support and enhance the business.
• Daily supplier management updates with peers, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Objectives such as driving online, low touch activity and supplier income collection from a Learning & Development perspective whilst maintaining the balance of quality.
