Collections Operations Manager Chester £50,000 ShortList Recruitment are looking for a Collections Operations Manager to manage all collections and credit risk functions within a financial services provider. The Collections Operations Manager will be integral in implementing and delivering credit risk policies and procedures. The Collections Operations Manager will have experience:

• Managing a collections function
• Working in a financial services business
• Planning and delivering projects
• Identifying the need for change and offering solutions
• Working with third party recovery agents
• Understanding of collections regulations

The Collections Operations Manager will be responsible for reporting key performance information to senior management so the ability to deliver detailed reports is imperative to the role. The Collections Operations Manager will be paid a salary of £50,000 + benefits. This role is based in Chester and is easily commutable from Wrexham, Wirral, Oswestry and Warrington.
