Procurement Systems Assistant - Luxury

London

Up to £35,000 depending on experience

Are you looking for an exciting and challenging role within a dynamic company? Do you thrive in a busy setting within a varied role? Do you want to utilise your procurement experience within a Head Office setting in one of the world's best known companies? Then this is the role for you!

Your role will consist of supporting the Head of Procurement and the Procurement Team. Your focus will be to manage and develop the procurement system and support the administration of the team!

Main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Day to day management of the procurement system
  • Upload contracts
  • Refine the system to make it easier to use
  • Implement new software releases
  • Develop dashboard
  • Present weekly update meetings
  • Training for new and existing team members
  • Supporting Category Manager
  • Checking and approving projects so they can be completed
  • Managing the HOP diary
  • General administration
  • Prepare reports
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience using BRAVO or a similar procurement system is essential
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Be confident in approach to dealing with a high volume of work
  • Great Microsoft Office Suite skills including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Be extremely organised
  • Strong attention to detail
