Role Purpose
To provide administrative support to the Transport and Logistics Team. To provide accurate and timely documentation within project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Transport and Logistics Team
- Receiving and processing supplier logistics documentstion
- Prepare and manage project documents, correspondence and reports
- Formatting of project deliverables to a high standard
- Set up and maintain project filing systems
- Support Project logistics department with distribution and filing of documents
- Expediting logistics documentation both internally and externally
- Liaising with Client to meet documentation requirements for Kazakhstan (and other customs regions)
- Receiving logistics paperwork and checking and verifying correctness
- Liaising with Client on logistics documentation submission and verifying supporting documentation to support efficient logistics activities
- Provide documentation status reports
