Role Purpose

To provide administrative support to the Transport and Logistics Team. To provide accurate and timely documentation within project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Transport and Logistics Team
  • Receiving and processing supplier logistics documentstion
  • Prepare and manage project documents, correspondence and reports
  • Formatting of project deliverables to a high standard
  • Set up and maintain project filing systems
  • Support Project logistics department with distribution and filing of documents
  • Expediting logistics documentation both internally and externally
  • Liaising with Client to meet documentation requirements for Kazakhstan (and other customs regions)
  • Receiving logistics paperwork and checking and verifying correctness
  • Liaising with Client on logistics documentation submission and verifying supporting documentation to support efficient logistics activities
  • Provide documentation status reports
