Regional Operations Manager

Are you an experienced Operations Manager? Want to work for an amazing charity supporting families during a challenging time?

The successful applicant will work closely with the Operations Team and HR to ensure that this fantastic charity provides a high standard of consistent operations, enabling the best possible family centred care in home away from home accommodations across South East England. The primary role will be to create trusted relationships with your team, through providing leadership, direction and support to the Houses in your region; working alongside the House teams to ensure consistent application of the House Operations Policies to ensure legal compliance of HR, Health and Safety and be accountable for the monitoring and control of House income and expenditure.

About you:

  • Ability to create strategic thinking and collaborative working
  • Experienced in working with a wide range of people/stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability in planning, effectively prioritising multiple work-streams and organising team.
  • Experience of budget management; with good analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills; both verbal and written
  • Previous experience of performance assessment processes and strategic planning
  • Significant operational planning and delivery experience
  • Understanding of and experience of adhering to legal and ethical requirements around General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and confidentiality and protection of children and vulnerable adults (Safeguarding)
  • Full UK driving Licence requiredand willing and able to travel within the UK
