Role – Export Sales Administrator
Location – Manchester
Salary – £20,000-£23,000 (32 days holiday, parking on site, subsidised food & healthcare plan)
Type – Permanent
Hours – 9am-5.15pm – Monday to Thursday

             9am – 2.45pm – Friday

My Client is a globally operating manufacturing company specialising in Fragrances such as perfumes and household products. The company are now exporting to over 90 countries across the world and holds a very strong position within the market.



The purpose of the role is to provide a strong quality service to their customers, sales executives and international agents.

Role Responsibilities:

• Process all Internal/external mail/type all correspondence relating to customer enquiries

• Prepare and monitor all internal sales documentation such as orders

• Research and respond to customers enquiries

• Data entry

• Process customer’s orders

• Organise travel arrangements/hotel bookings and itinerary on behalf of the Sales Executives

• Enter reports onto the computer system
