The responsibilities of the Logistics Co-ordinator are split across both the office environment and the warehouse, 70% of the focus is in the warehouse and 30% in the office. The main roles are:

The responsibilities of the Logistics Co-ordinator are split across both the office environment and the warehouse, 70% of the focus is in the warehouse and 30% in the office. The main roles are:
- Pallet organisation - delivery and collection
- Dealing with Imports and Exports
- Check all deliveries that have been planned
- Liaise with hauliers re undelivered items
- Measure and weigh freight entering the warehouse and complete relevant paperwork
- Managing ISO accreditation and all associated compliance
- PODs and returns handling
- Daily reports
- Updating spreadsheets using Excel
- Answering client queries
- Previous experience of working within a warehouse and office environment
- Knowledge and understanding of administrative processes
- Experience in analysing and processing large volumes of data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good decision making and influencing skills
- Need to be a team player
- Be able to pick up things quickly
