Reed Bradford Business Support are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator on a permanent basis on behalf of an established Manufacture based in Halifax.

Due to continued growth my client is looking for the right person to come in and hit the ground running, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business who invest well in their staff.


To be successful they are looking for the following skills:

  • Experienced with processing a high volume of orders
  • Ensuring the completion of daily reports
  • Liaising with production for lead times
  • Responsible for updating all orders on SAGE
  • Chasing overdue orders and delays
  • Stock reporting using Excel
  • Used to a busy environment and being able to multi task
  • Other ad hod duties as and when required

Key skills required:

  • Competent user of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to communicate in a professional manner
  • Experience of working within a purchasing role
