If you have experience in shipping, import or export and Letters of Credit and would like to work for a global friendly and successful company, this could be the job for you.


Working in a small team, reporting to the Shipping Team Leader, you will provide efficient shipping administration for all equipment shipped from the UK and the other European HQ and liaise across the business, acting as an advisor to the different departments around the organisation regarding the shipping of equipment.


Responsibilities:
* Providing shipping instructions and dispatch paperwork to Global shipping departments.
* Co-coordinating all packing and freight transport
* Liaising with external companies to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customer's requirements
* Completing shipping certificates and documentation
* Controlling all imports into the UK by providing customs clearance instructions
* Import administration and Invoice generation
* Correlation and creation of monthly shipping spreadsheet in accordance with EU customs procedures, inc. specialist documentary requirements.


Ideal requirements
* Experience of working in a shipping role - ideally a minimum of 3 years
* Letters of Credit Experience
* Good working knowledge of export legislation's
* Member of the Institute of Export
* Co-ordinating all packing and freight transport,
