As a result of our continued success and to aid with future plans we are now have an exciting opportunity in our Preston office for a Contracts Manager.

Reporting to the branch manager the successful individual will provide full admin management within the contracts department.

You will have the confidence and ability to communicate with customers on a daily basis, both internally and externally, and use your initiative to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

You will be accountable for co-ordinating, managing and prioritising all aspects of the work schedules for each of the technicians.

This will involve negotiating with suppliers to ensure that all materials have been ordered, purchased at the most competitive price and available for the confirmed contracts.

You will also manage the invoice trail for each contract from start to completion.

Requirements

You will be currently working in an administrative role either as an Office Manager,Office Team Leader, Contracts Administrator, Administration Co-ordinator, Administrator, Office Administrator within the construction / Building industry preferred.
